Are Hindu allowed to criticize their religion?

Hindus are allowed to question and criticize as much as they want as long as it helps them reach their path to Sri Bhagwan. If the goal is to criticize and hurt the emotions of people then it is not recommended. No belief is better than the other as long as the path leads you to the truth.
